Cancellation and Refund Policy


NRI Taxi Service Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible:

  • NRI Taxi Service Private Limited has a No-Cancellation policy. Cancellations will only be entertained with the presentation of a cancelled air ticket confirmation.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • Any travel date changes can be made to your reservation with 48-hours prior to the travel date and time. No date change will be made if requested with-in 48-hours of travel time.
  • To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We will also require a copy of your confirmed cancelled air ticket.
  • We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our product and quality of service.
  • Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
  • All Lawsuits and Insurance Claims to and will be dealt in India
